What size should I buy?
The majority of our premium quality shirts and sweatshirts are standard unisex sizes. Some styles are printed on American Apparel products, which tend to run a little small. When applicable, take a look at the respective size chart, which is linked from the select product pages.

Why do some shirts cost more?
We print on shirts from several different manufacturers, including American Apparel, Adidas, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and Hanes, and on several different styles of shirts. These shirts vary in wholesale cost to us with the higher end shirts costing a little more.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling runs along the following flat rates and is added at the time of checkout: T-shirts: $4.99/each, Shorts and Tanks: $4.99/each, Hats: $4.99/each, Sweatshirts/Sweatpants/Game Bibs: $6.99/each, Headbands: $3.99/each. How long will my order take to arrive?
All products ship within 3 business days of being ordered via UPS or USPS. This insures you will receive your products on average 7-10 business days from when the order has been processed by Sconnie Nation.

Why can I not place my order online?
If you are unable to reach a confirmation screen at the end of your purchase, your order has not been submitted and received. The cause of this is typically mismatched billing information.

Why do items in my cart disappear on checkout?
This problem is often caused by using an older browser, such as Internet Explorer 6.0. Please try placing your order using Mozilla Firefox, which can be downloaded for free here. You can also update your current IE browser, by choosing the "Tools" drop down menu, and selecting "Windows Update"; or you can download version 8.0 of internet explorer for free here.

I'm using a new version of Internet Explorer but my cart still keeps disappearing. What should I do?
This is due to a Microsoft update from 8/10/2010 that changes how often your browser looks for newer versions of our webpages. To fix this, in your browser, go to the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options.”

Then click on the “Settings” button in the “Browsing History” section of the “General” tab.

Finally, have it check for newer versions of stored pages every time you visit the webpage and set the number of History days to store to 0.

If this doesn’t work, we suggest using another browser such as Firefox (free download).
